Digital Infrastructure Stabilization Project
Served as team lead for the KCTCS Digital Infrastructure Stabilization Project CMS (Content Management System) Workgroup. Provided leadership and expertise for CMS selection, communication plan, and initial set up. Coordinated the migration of our existing website locally to our new content management system, OU Campus. Worked to develop and implement new processes and governance models.
Digital Ad Campaign / Landing Pages
Project managed and assisted with the design and development of a local digital ad campaign with responsive landing pages. Configured interest forms, Google Analytics event handlers, and Google AdWords. Coordinated with marketing personnel on landing page specifics and the implementation plan. Developed dashboard views/custom reports for tracking the campaign.
USDF.org Website Redesign

BCTC 75th Microsite
Designed and developed the layouts for the BCTC 75th Anniversary website. Coordinated with KCTCS marketing on the WordPress install and BCTC marketing on content. The site launched on schedule.

BCTC Calendar
Led the design/development and successful implementation of a BCTC Calendar for Faculty/Staff, Students, and the Community. Designed a custom mobile friendly interface. Chaired an action committee that helped develop the needs assessment.
Selective Admissions System (SAS)
Designed, planned, and assisted with the development of a more effective data management solution for selective admissions at BCTC. Student interface and admissions back-end allow for data management and automated ranking for program admission. Admissions has reported significant cost savings in paper, postage, and personnel time.
Position Approval System (Workflow Component)
Project managed and oversaw the development and implementation of a standardized workflow component for use in a new position approval system within the Information Technology Enterprise System (ITES). Reduced paper costs and a significant improvement in speed of workflow has been reported.

Led the Web Governance Advisory Group at Kentucky Community and Technical College System. Drafted sections of the governance plan to prepare for implementation in December 2019.

The system has eliminated the need for paper form submissions and has provided a method that has helped Information Technology Services provide faster service to our new employees.
Transcript Request System
Designed, developed, and project managed the successful transition of the Transcript Request Access Database into a dynamic online application for Bluegrass Community and Technical College’s (BCTC) Office of Registrar department. Evaluated current data-collection methods to assess, design, and implement a new strategy that would ensure process efficiency and improve student service.
Kentucky Theatre
Designed and developed the current Kentucky Theater website. Integrated design and custom features into a current WordPress install.

Led and project managed the design/development of a recurring/non-recurring budget approval system with several layers of approval and a ranking component for leadership.

COVID-19 Website

Gov. Press Conference Live Streams
During the earl part of the pandemic, I worked with engineering and IT to get our pool feed simulcasted to our Streamhoster feed, thereby allowing us to provide the only YouTube live stream of these important press conferences at the time.
Kentucky Edition Launch
Worked with programming, production, engineering, and other key staff to establish the processes necessary for efficient VOD/online delivery on our first ever nightly news program, Kentucky Edition.
KET.org Redesign
Worked with my team, technical staff, and other key stakeholders on redesigning our KET.org website. The website changes were all based on user data, surveys, heat maps, A/B tests, and virtual user-testing sessions.
KET Education Website Overhaul
Working on the first ever overhaul in about 10 years of the KET education website. Coordinate and lead multiple sub-groups for analytics, content strategy, information architecture, auditing, and migration.

Continually work to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by communicating with other areas such as production, programming, and engineering to ensure all processes that relate to web and digital distribution are defined and continually reviewed for process efficiency.
Digital Strategy Task-force
Established and led the Digital Strategy Task-force at KET. We ran a SWAT analysis with key digital stakeholders to determine what needs to happen to enhance our digital presence at KET. This soon morphed into separate initiatives.
Legislative Coverage Online Experience
Coordinate with leadership, technical web staff, design, and other marketing staff to implement a more enhanced Kentucky Legislative Coverage experience based on user-testing and other data analyzed during our last redesign.
The Next Chapter
Work with my team, leadership, production, and other marketing staff to develop a site to support our aging initiative, which is focused on the issues facing Kentucky’s aging population and their loved ones.
Underwriting
Oversee the the online efforts to create and manage the underwriting ads in Google Ads, which support the on-air spots that are sold to various companies for station support.
